If you are getting a popup saying "You need to register" (or something to that effect), and you are using Windows XP, SP2 (Service Pack 2), please make sure you are using AudioManage v1.20i or higher.

If this version doesn't work, you might want to try out the fix available here. You should also try this fix if, on installing, Windows Explorer appears to freeze when adding new tracks to the library.

This is a known DCOM Server issue with Windows XP, and it's quite simple to fix. The fix does not require any software download or update: only a setting needs to be changed. This does not effect any other app on your system: on the contrary, some other apps that would have been acting up may also start working.

This problem has been fixed in verion 1.20i: please make sure you are using the most recent version.
